I am located at 5915 Robertson Avenue in the Charlotte Park community of West Nashville.
I am taking extra precautions to keep my clients and community safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Actions being taken to keep us all safe:
-I wear a mask during training hours.
-I am limiting my sessions to 1-3 people per session, that way we can maintain our distance and space.
- The gym and equipment is thoroughly cleaned after every session.
It is important to me to provide a safe space for my community to stay healthy and strong during these uncertain times. I am only accepting 25-30 clients to make sure I stay true to my core value of quality over quantity.

We offer a wide variety of services to help you reach your goals whether that is with a private one on one coaching session, semi-private group training, online coaching, or a lifestyle accountability service.
One-on-One coaching: If you're used to this kind of coaching, have a specific strength/body goal, or maybe a beginner to exercise, this may be the way to go. This service is tailored and customized for our clients that need this level of coaching. This is a great service to help you work on technique,form, skill, or a specific goals.
We assess, advise, and plan what is the best fit for each individual.
Semi-Private Sessions: Up to 3 people at one time
This is a great service for all skill levels, from beginners to advance. The coach will personalize the sessions to all individuals within the session. This is a great way to be a part of a community, meet new like minded friends, and have some fun encouraging each other.
Online Personal Coaching & Accountability:
Custom built coaching/programs delivered to you on the Rx App. This is a great fit for those who desire to workout in their home gym and who may travel a lot and needs a plan to follow while on the road. It has accountability built into it as well to keep you on track.
We are your accountability partner that will be here to support you and give you the accountability that is needed to see results that will last. This service offers the same skilled coaching with the needed flexibility to do the workouts at their convenience.

7 Years of hands on coaching experience and 16 years of personal experience with movement and healthy habits.
I am passionate about helping individuals feel strong, learn how to move safe, and enjoy their body.
I live with a condition called scoliosis, where my spine is curved in two areas.
These curves cause me to live in daily pain which I choose to manage through exercise.
Scoliosis is not my limitation, it is my teacher.
It has taught me how to help others who live in pain.
This condition lead me and gave me a mission to help others that are dealing with chronic pain and want to find relief outside of medication and surgery.
I truly love to exercise. I enjoy all forms of movement and are skilled in strength training, building muscle, and lifestyle coaching.
My programs are designed for the client and their goals. My clients don't need to fit my style, I design based on their needs and their terms..
I am knowledgeable in a wide variety of equipment - Kettlebells/Barbells/Dumbbells/Body Weight Training/Bands.
I am affiliated and certified with StrongFirst which is a school of strength. They teach their coached skills in body weight training, Kettlebells, barbells, and much more.
